Using Oya
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login and trip PIN private.
Riders
You agree to pay the fare you accepted, treat drivers with respect and not damage vehicles. Fares are shown before you request and you may offer your own price.
Drivers
You must hold a valid licence, vehicle registration and insurance, pass our checks and drive safely. You choose which requests to accept.
Fares and payments
Fares, fees and any commission are shown in the app. You can pay by cash or bank transfer where available. Receipts are sent after each trip.
Safety
Use the trip PIN, share your trip and contact emergency services on 112 if you are in danger. We may suspend accounts that put others at risk.
Cancellations and disputes
Repeated late cancellations may carry a fee. Report any problem within 48 hours and we will review it with the trip record.
Limits of liability
We connect riders and independent drivers and are not a transport operator. Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by Nigerian law.
